What is EFT Tapping?

EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), commonly known as tapping, is an evidence-based therapeutic approach that combines elements of cognitive therapy with acupressure points. Often described as "psychological acupressure," EFT involves gently tapping on specific meridian points while focusing on emotional or physical concerns.

Your emotional wellbeing is intrinsically linked to your physical health. While nutrition plays a vital role in healing, sometimes our journey to optimal health requires us to look deeper into our emotional landscape. Past experiences, stored memories, or unresolved trauma can significantly impact our overall wellbeing, influencing everything from our stress responses to our healing capacity. Often, we carry core beliefs that unconsciously shape our behaviors and choices, potentially creating barriers to achieving our health goals.

EFT tapping offers a gentle yet powerful approach to addressing these emotional aspects of health. Whether you're experiencing trauma, depression, anxiety, procrastination, or self-sabotaging behaviors, EFT tapping provides practical tools for emotional healing. This evidence-based technique is non-invasive and remarkably effective, offering both in-session breakthroughs and valuable self-help strategies you can use between consultations to support your ongoing wellness journey.
